Culpepper & Terpening's extensive experience providing surveying services for public and private clients extends throughout Florida's Treasure Coast. Our professionals have performed thousands of surveys throughout the area, enduring Florida's most rugged natural environment to do so. These surveys, along with the assimilation of others, have enabled us to accumulate the most extensive collection of historical documents in the region.
We engage ourselves in all types of surveys from the smallest utility to the grandest in land development properties to large scale commercial construction projects. Our surveying credo is "first in - last out" meaning we have developed the ability to maintain any project from its inception to its final successful completion.
Our continuing education program allows our entire surveying staff to grow professionally and personally. All field personnel are encouraged to participate in the company sponsored offering to take their ACSM developed national CST crew chief exams. Our middle management pursues professional growth by working toward their PSM license, and continuing education is a requirement for upper management. This keeps our entire department on the cutting edge of the latest technologies and methods. We bring a team of experienced, highly qualified administrators, construction inspectors and project managers to any project. We deliver the service and loyalty of a local firm with the expertise of a top-notch consultant.
At Culpepper & Terpening, we have decades of relationships and institutional knowledge, working with property owners, local municipalities, utility providers and others. We provide added value. Additionally, Culpepper & Terpening proactively performs value-added functions, including authorized plan and field changes, minimizing needed post-design services from the EOR (Engineer of Record). Some other consultants will not take this risk.

Culpepper and Terpening has obtained $100 million in SAD (Special Assessment Department) and CDD Financing and over $300 million in Bond Financing over the past seven years.
